Evelyn turns 3!!!!

Today is a special day it is Evelyn 3rd Birthday. My goodness it goes by so fast, I know we all say that but it is so true. We have had a few party day parties one at my moms house and one at our house. Now today is her birthday and she wants another party, LOL. Last night Tyson said to me "Your baby girl is 3" "I know" "time flies by... so fast... too fast" Happy Birthday Evelyn Mommy and Daddy love you so much.

Christmas Day

After spending the morning as a family we went to Tyson's parents house to spend time with them. It worked out that they didn't get much time to open all the gifts because they needed to get ready for church. So while they were gone we helped grandma Carpenter get lunch ready and also got to Skype with Grandma and Grandpa McLellan. When everyone goat home we had a great time opening gifts, eating food and the kids got to play. I think bu the end we were all pretty tired.

Christmas Morning at Home

Christmas morning we spent it at home as a family. The nice thing with having younger kids is that I was able to get up and get ready so I look nice for the picture ;) It was a wonderful, laid back morning Evelyn open her gift first and I always say this because the first gift she open she wants to play with and doesn't want anything to do with her other gifts. We also got some fun little gifts for Kellen it didn't seem right not to get him anything for his first Christmas. With having a new baby I only got one day to shop for Christmas, which I have mixed feelings about because I love going to the store, finding fun and wonderful things for people its like a treasure hunt. Also I didn't get any surprise gifts for Tyson he knew everything he got. Despite all that It was a wonderful day.

We all have our fun tradition on Christmas Eve some old some new. Old tradition getting to open PJs to wear on Christmas day. The new tradition is fondue we started making it instead of dinner we have chocolate, Carmel, and Cheese, yummy.

Christmas Trip

Well we thought it would be fun to mix thing up this year so we took a fun trip to Utah to see the lights a Willard Bay. All of Tyson's family came first the guys took the kids to the Children's Museum while us girls did some last min shopping at Home Goods. After that we got all bundle up for the wagon ride, which was Evelyn's favorite part. After that we went to the restaurant called Maddxon, if you have not gone I highly recommend it was so good!! Then we went back and open presents and played games, everyone except Kellen, Evelyn and me Because I couldn't stay a wake, joys of a new baby.

Christmas Party

With the holidays comes Christmas parties. We had our ward one, family one, another family one, and another family one. But one was missing this year ant that was my work party it may sound silly to some but I missed it. I really enjoyed working for Bob and miss all my friends and fellow co-workers. We had a great time seeing our family and friends. Evelyn had a blast open all the gifts I think she a little spoiled. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to get together.

There are things you love that you wish your kids would pick up and love too. One of those thing for me is the love for horses and as most of you may know so does Evelyn, which makes me happy. Now so people so I have pushed it on her but the truth is I pushed the airplane thing more then horses. She has picked up all on her own, I'm not going to lie that makes me so happy. Thanksgiving

Now the next holiday that flow by was Thanksgiving. I have realized that having a new baby around the holidays make them go by quicker then most years. It is nicer in a way because all your family gets to see Kellen while he is still small. It was so nice to have family here so Evelyn had someone to play with. With everything that has happen Halloween kind of sunk up on us Good thing my mom was here she was able to take Evelyn to some trunk or treats so she didn't miss out. We had plans for her to be a monkey but at the last minute she changed her mind good thing I had a princess outfit for her. It was a little big because it was for next year oh well.

This last Sunday we had Kellen's baby blessing, it was last min but everyone was able to come so it worked out perfect. Kellen's blessing outfit was made by Sharon and it was so cut it was smaller then any of the outfits that everyone else baby so she made it to fit. It was a crazy weekend and we all crashed after but it was so nice to have everyone here to celebrate our special day.

Well I have been a little busy with trying to take care of 2 kids and get enough sleep. It has been a adjustment to balance every but it not to bad. Kellen has been a really good eater and sleeper which is really good for me, I hope it last. Evelyn has had a bit of a hard time there are so many rules with a new baby and you know how much 2 year old love that. Plus she got sick, we don't know how but she ate something and was throwing up all night. Tyson has been amazing he stayed up with Evelyn, makes sure I get enough sleep, and took on all the house work. Also family has really helped, mean grandmas :) And with everything else that has happen we sold and bought a car.

Kellen Ty Carpenter

October 21, 2011 at 11:21 a.m. our little boy Kellen Ty was born. He was 6 lbs 13 oz 20 in long and has a lot of black hair. It all started on Thursday when I went to the doctor when he checked me I was 3 cm dilated 50% so with a little from the doctor he said I should have him ether tonight or in the morning. Well at 5:30 a.m. it was time to go to the hospital and at 11:21 am he was here. The labor went well and fast then I thought, also the happy doctor Mike helped me a ton. Evelyn was so cute she came after Kellen was here and she was in love instantly.

Falls Colors

Its fall and with falls comes falls colors :) So we went to Swan Valley to see the leafs change color and of course get a square Ice Cream cone. I love fall for the colors, everything getting harvested and, the fun foods you can make. Also the baby could come any day now.

These last few weekends we have been working on Brook's house and watched the boys play football. First we (meaning Tyson and Ron) installed hardwood floor and Jolene, Brooke, and Ben worked on painting as for me I just sat back and watch. It took 2 weekends to finish but it gave her house a nice face lift. Then we went to Boise to watch the boys play football, Celebrate Ronnie and Cami's Birthdays it was a lot of fun but am I tired.

Baby Shower

I'm a little behind so I trying to catch up. My visiting teachers Cat and Ali threw me a baby shower. I have to say that I love my ward they do wonderful thing for other people. It was such a blast we had fun games, yummy treats and special gifts. I have has to work most weekends in the past and haven't has much time to get to know the ladies in the ward but their participation was so wonderful. I just want all you to know that it meant so to me THANK YOU!!

Now I go to the doctor once a week I went this Thursday and it was a normal measure, check heart beat and see where the baby is sitting... Well I have had a feel that the baby is sitting horizontal position and I was right. He is sitting like he is in a hamak so he is pretty comfy where he is. Now for all you who say I not that big now you know I'm wearing my baby like a belt. Now the doctor said right its not a problem but next time when they check he need to be in the down ward position, so we will see.

But who's counting :) Tyson and I were talking last night and can't believe how fast this pregnancy has gone. For starters it has been a crazy summer With going to my mom's house, Tyson working out of town, 4th of July weekend, Bear Lake, and Kalli's C-section Just name a few things we had going on. This guy has gone and done more then most adults do in a year. As for me I know the time is getting closer I can feel it. Going up the stairs, trying to bend over, picking up Evelyn and sleeping at night, its all get harder to do. I did it before I'll do it again (like I have a choice in the matter anyway) The good news we are now starting to get the room ready. We both where worried that Evelyn would have a hard time with losing her cute little girly room but she was so cute helping us with pulling down the boarder and moving stuff around to paint. I think we are all ready to have to baby here but are still enjoying our time together as a family of 3.

Let go ride my trike

Evelyn has really loved going outside but with how hots its been I have had a harder time, but in the evening we pull the trike out. The drive way is nice and shaded in the late after noon so we get the toys and I just sit back and watch her play. Evelyn has gotten pretty good on her trike which makes me so happy. She can move a around like a pro now and is getting a too brave sometime.

I'm a bad wife...

Well I forgot to do a very important post in July our anniversary. It has been so crazy and I am such a flack but I'm going to do it now. It was our 7 year anniversary so we thought of all the different thing we could like go somewhere and after think about we decided to stay home. We took Evelyn to grandma's house so it was a weekend alone, well kind of. Saturday we went garage sales I know not something that people would do but it was so much fun to go around and find deals and we did we got a white crib and mattress for way cheap. Then we did a movie and dinner which so good. It was nice to spend time together and talk about thing besides kids and babies. I love Tyson so much and know that the next 43 year will be adventurer.

28 Weeks

Today was a good day at the doctor for two reasons: First I got to here my little boys heart beat which was a 140, Second I passed my sugar test :) Not so good my appointment was at 8:30 am and I couldn't eat, then I had to drink the wonderful cocktail they give you. Wait an hour get blood taken and get a shout in my hip. And not to mention I just about passed out in the blood lab but all in all I had good test results. The funny thing about this is when we check out and the lady at the front desk said" See you at 32 week" Yikes!!?!? That made me want to go home and get everything ready cause it will be here before I know it.

27 weeks

Well I'm a little late I have been trying to stay with the even number but its been a crazy couple weeks so I finally got my belly picture done. I'm now in my third trimester and well on my way our little boy is very active just like Evelyn was, it nice because you know every things okay.I been not sleeping to good which I knew was coming so its been hard not to want to take a nap. Thank goodness Evelyn still does cuz I don't think some day I would make it until bed time. I also been in the nesting stage and want to organize everything good thing Tyson as also been in the same mood. I go to the doctor next week for my sugar test. Its been fun to have a new baby around to see how Evelyn will be and boy does she lover her cousin a lot so I know I'm going to have my hands full.

Yesterday my little sister Kalli had her baby Zander he was 7lb 1oz 22inches long. Kalli had a C-section bright and early in the morning and they took him 3 weeks early but, evrything checked out and he'll go home when his mom does.

Well another all one gender curse has been broken Tyson gets his baby boy. I was hoping for a boy but I didn't want to get my hopes up and I know Tyson felt the same way. We went in for our 21 week ultra sound with much excitement and of course wanting to know what we are having. Amy was doing some normal checks then asked do we want to know the sex of the baby and of course we said yes. Right away she found it I could not believe it so I made her tell us its a Boy. Well so you all know I did cried it made me so happy to know Tyson was getting the baby boy he has always wanted.

Trip to Seattle

I have needed a vacation and with Tyson being gone all week we thought that a trip would be good. My Mom needed to come to Idaho to gather up a few thing and do a baby shower for Kalli. So Evelyn and I thought she needed a driving buddy so we flew over and drove back. Evelyn as a trooper on the drive she mad it all the way to Boise and we started in Olympia WA.

Holiday Weekend

We have been married for about 7 and this the 2nd time I was able to go to the Memorial Day trip that Tyson family does every year. But sadly Tyson stayed home to finish the clean up from our flood. It was so much fun it was my first weekend as non working mom.

Lake Carpenter...

Well much to our dismay we had a flood in our basement. The real bad part about it is we just finished the basement. Tyson spent all winter working on not only did we have water there I was making water as well. So there was a crack in the foundation and with all the rain we got the water was coming through. Lucky the only thing that got wet was the new carpet (If you would call that luck) I spent all the next day cleaning water because the water kept coming and after finding the water at 1200am and getting to bed at 230am and getting up at 630-700am it had been a long day. After finding the problem now time to fix it, so Tyson got a digger and dug a big hole in the front of the house sealed the crack and covered the hole. Now we are waiting to see if the crack was the water the funny thing is we may never know.

One Door Closes...

After 5 years of working at the Idaho Falls Airport Sunday was my last day. It was a bitter sweet moment but I am going to stay home and take care of my babies. First year was Horizon Air and them the last 4 was Aero Mark. I had many adventurers and got to do see many great thing it was hard work but it was all worth it. I will miss all my friends that I have meant along the way but I be by to visit. Thanks to all, its been a great ride.

The Sand Box

Lately we have moved are construction outside in stead of having it inside. Right now Tyson is work on putting in a sprinkler system which will totally help our lawn also us from having to put a hose. But something had to come first and that was Evelyn's sand box. tyson had a bucket of sand he had been using but Evelyn was also using/playing with it. Needless to say daddy made her a sand box with a lid and everything.

This is the Month of Doctors

This month has been filled with visits to the doctors a little more then I would have liked. I went to my "schedule" visit yesterday and talk with Dr. Robinson he is a great doctor he has a little more information on my situation I felt a ton better when I left. He filled in all the gaps that I forgot to ask question about last time with Dr. Baker. Now I don't feel so unsure about things to come, now I just have to wait. I love seeing different doctors it nice to hear all the different ways they do things. We listen to the baby heart, which by the way is much easier to find now, the heart rate was 150 which is normal. I'm 16 weeks and 5 days now my next appointment is the 21 week ultra sound :-) Anyone have any guesses what the baby will be?

Update On My Late Night Doctor Visit

As some of you may know I had to go to the ER. I was have some pain and other things ( As in a TMI for some people) Anyways, I got put on bed rest until I could see my doctor on Monday. So the weekend was filled with resting and because I have the best husband ever, a lot of pampering. I went to the doctor and everything checkout like he thought. I have a very relaxed cervix and a uterus that is growing. What that means is that my cervix is sitting real low and cause lot of pain, pressure and a bit of spotting. Which makes you feel like your have a miscarriage so this is why they sent me to the ER when I called the on call doctor. Now I need to be mindful of my pain and everyone knows when you have a 2 year old to chase around its not easy to take it totally easy. The good thing is that it will fix itself in about a month. So when I said on Facebook that I had the best mother day present giving to me is when they did a ultra sound and the baby was fine.

Doctor Visit

On Friday April 22 we went to the doctors to have a check up. We did the normal checks blood pressure, weight and baby's heart beat. But when the doctor was checking the heart beat he could not find it he tried and tried so after 10 mins or less he sent us for a ultra sound. When we went in and it didn't take long to realized why... The baby wouldn't hold still, Every time Amy would get close to the baby he/she would move away. We know its Tyson's baby for sure its has the Ard stubbornness. Amy also tried to see what the baby was but the cord was in the way maybe next time.

We Are Having a BABY!!

We very happy to announce that we are having Carpenter Baby #2!! Tyson and I went to the doctor on March 28 for our first appointment everything is going very well. I'm due October 29, 2011 I hope I go a little earlier so Evelyn and still enjoy Halloween. I have always said I did not want to be pregnant during the summer but we don't always get everything we want. The positive thing about it is I can do a lot more walking, and outside activities to keep me active. Evelyn is still a little clueless of whats going on We showed her the ultrasound pictures and said its a baby well she looked at the picture like "okay what ever you say" Tyson and I are very excited but it different then with our first. We both are more laid back and are not in a hurry. We want to enjoy are time as a family of 3. I have a picture that I took of the ultrasound so its not the best but it gets the job done.

Its spring in Idaho one day its sunny the next it is snowing. So the days we have sun its nice to go outside and play. Also getting some vitamin D is always nice to help not getting a sun burn when it get really nice outside. The sunny day don't last long like sun in the morning and rain/ snow in the afternoon.

The Home Stretch

We we are in the home stretch of are basement remodel. The list is shorter then before but there still a lot to do but we are closer then it seem. Tyson is working on trim and trim takes time first you paint, in stall, the fill and paint the holes. Then the cabinets need to built, paint and in stalled. a few other thing that I can't think of and last but not LEAST carpet. Carpet is the last thing we need but it is the most costly but It will be so wonderful when its done. Now let the working begin again :-)

Starting Over

Well after having great success, pain and a lot of hard work I finished Insanity. It showed me that if you want to see true results you have WORK for it. I am happy with myself for finishing the whole 60 day program. I had to dig deeper then I ever before and what I saw with myself made the blood, sweat, and treas worth it, I even got some skinny jeans. Now where do I go from here? Well I decided to start at the beginning so I am doing Elle Glam fitness for about 90 days or so depending on how it goes. I want to try to do some stretching I have found that it has help my sore muscles a ton to stretch. Also I did water aerobics and want to do that again. Then on to P90X or I heard of a new workout called Chalene Ex-stream. When I'm done with that its time to get Insane ;) I love how I feel when I stay on it and hope to see even better results the next time through.

Uninvited Guest

As some of you may know I have been commenting about a small, fury, uninvited guest at work. I come into work Saturday morning walk around the corner and hello there he is. Of course I just and squealed a bit, well the guys at work are not very helpful they shooed him out the door. I swear the guys are more of a sucker then they let on to be. Well they left and he came back after 4 a tempts to get the sneak on me I finally decided to grab a broom and get him myself. Picture this me with a broom running down the hall like a crazy women trying to wack this mouse. After I think I have him he darts under a office door and it was locked. Then as if the pilots that were there did think I was crazy enough I yelled you get a way thing time you little vermin. Well today I was walking into the hanger and there he was running across the floor and again like a crazy lady I go running after the little Vermin, then swing, WACK!! GOAL!!! I GOT HIM! but I did take into account that when the painted floor is clean thing tend to fly a crossed it like a hokey puck on ice so needless to say I have no idea where he ended up.

I found airfare for way cheap so Evelyn and went to see my mom. I have been there enough so we just enjoyed our time together. I had Christmas money so we went shopping :) Also we made jewelry, hung out and took our time doing thing at a slow place. We did go to pike market sad part about that was the famous fish market was closed for remolding. I love going to see my mom and I know that they are so happy to see Evelyn. It was Evelyn last free trip because she turns 2 this coming month, boooo. But we had a Birthday party for her there since it was so close.

We when to the cabin this year for Christmas this but there was one thing we needed was a Christmas tree. So a few of us set out to find the prefect tree. It didn't take long to find one and it was beautiful but it was not easy to get back.

Every year we get together with my grandma and grandpa Wilson for a family Christmas party. We have a lot good food, fun games, and program. We always have tons of fun and lots of laughs. Its always nice to get together with family.

Wow Christmas is right around the corner, it was just yesterday that we were trick or treating, eating turkey and now Christmas cards. Its been crazy since after Thanksgiving I had some tooth pain ans so I went in for a check up. Well I got more then I bargain for I had a dead tooth so here comes the next part I needed a root canal. So after 2 trips to the tooth doctor I feel better but I have one more visit then I should be done for a while. Now Christmas card, Natalie came over to take out pictures for us all we needed was one and we got one.

Evelyn has always been a little funny about what she likes to eat. She gets this one thing that is her favorite and that all she wants, for Example:

Avocados
Dill Pickles
mushrooms
tomatoes soup
peas
olives
onions
Fries Sauce
Pasta
Broccoli
Cooked Carrots (not canned fresh or Frozen)
Beans
Green Beans (canned only)

The list can go on some of them is not a big deal but some are quite funny to me. The main part about this is that it one thing at one time that she wants it. Like Right now she want pickles morning noon and night. That is one thing that is fun about babies you never know they want next.

We took Evelyn to a trunk or treat and we couldn't have asked for better weather. It was sunny and warm with that there was the best turn out people had to go get more candy. After that we went to some family's houses to let Evelyn show off her Tinker Bell outfit. We had so much fun she was a blast to take. Evelyn couldn't say trick or treat instead she would say "Hi Guys" so cute.

Fall has been so nice and enjoyable until these last couple days. I cold front blew through and leaving cold, wind and a bit of snow, But we took all in. We played in the leaves, went for walks, and craved pumpkins. I'm so sad that are wonderful fall is over.

If you didn't know we like to remodel... well kind of. Our next project is the basement as you all know we put up a bedroom so we have a three bedroom. So now we working on our family room, because its has on insulation so that means it is 50 degree all the time brrrrr. We never really use the space much cause it dark and cold. I'm so ready to move all toys, T.V., office, and other thing out of my living room so I can have a nice clean space again. But there is one thing standing in our way little unfinished projects that need completed. They are not hard just need to get done. If anyone wants to lend a hand it would be nice if not don't call me for your next project cause I'll be working on mine =D LOL Before I forget, a BIG THANKS to Tyson Dad for helping us out on the bedroom add.

Give Me a Break

Well this week has not been one of my best. With the passing of my Aunt Deanna Tyson and I took my dad to lunch to boost his spirits and Tyson took me to the movies shorty after Evelyn got sick and I was up most the night with her. We thought maybe it was something she ate, I wish. Two days later I was spending my night praying to the porcelain god. Tyson had no choice he had to go to work so after a little bit of being on my own and still very sick I called my daddy to the rescue. Even tho I was still very sick I went to my Aunts viewing and made it to the funeral. It was a very beautiful service but we got to see and spend time family. Now I hope that Tyson doesn't get the flu bug next.

Today is been a very hard day for my family with the sudden passing of my Dad's Deanna. She went to the ER at midnight last night with chest pains and trouble breathing unfortunately at 200 am she passed. The doctors said that she had a blood clot in her lungs. Deanna was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. I always thought that she was my cool aunt. She always had a smile on her face... I'm going to miss her wonderful laugh. My aunt left be hind her Husband Steve and her daughter Michelle. I love you guys and hope you feel all the love everyone is sending.

I have been looking back at my blog and going down memory lane. The good time, fun times, and the greatest moments. But there is is this one goal I keep blogging about my weight loss goal. Its funny how we are pushed to look this cretin type of way. I know its hard to get the motivation to do it everyday. I have had really good days and really bad days. I just want to feel good abut myself and I want my better half to look at me and say "Yes, that's my wife" but most important me. The thing I have the most trouble with is goodies >:) I love goodies so much I keep them around but when I'm board I get them out and snake on them and this leads to guilt. So it make me lose focus. So I have been look back on the thing I have read, all the training I have had, and things I have done. After all that I think the best thing is to relax and not feel guilty. I had a trainer who told me the best thing ever, it was Thanksgiving time and you think "Oh No, I have worked so hard but the food is so good" and starting to feel guilty. After training he said to me " do 2 things for me" "Have a Good Holiday and eat as much as you want" after the guy who has kicked my butt for the last 3 month just told me not to feel guilty. Its little things like that have pulled me through the tough guilty times. I know have been rambling on but its nice to get it out. Now for that goal I get there just take it one day at a time.

Well no trip would be complete without a miss half. We were driving home from Pike Market and miss our on ramp. So we were on a back road heading to the HWY as we were driving the car died. We pulled over sat for a few min then the car started well we didn't get have way down the road and the car died again. So we called AAA and they came and got the car. Well that was the easy part, we called Enterprise to get a rental car and told them we had 3 adults and a car seat so bring a mid size after waiting for a while the car showed up in a Chevy Aveo. Needless to say we were to tired to wait for a different so we crammed in and drove home. One good thing did come from it we missed the bad traffic.

My mom had booked a condo off the cost on Tyson Birthday. So we had a night with out the baby :-) We had a great time just the 2 of us it felt like we were first married and on a little honeymoon. Thanks Mom

We Just got back for a well deserved vacation to Seattle and yes Tyson went too. It was so nice to have daddy come with use this time. Evelyn didn't know what to do with some much daddy time one time i thing she had a daddy overdose and we had a bit of a melt down but, we had a blast.

The Home show was this weekend so we were spending most our time running between house. I loved the home show this year because they were houses that we could live in someday not those half a million home. One house was in Swan Valley so after work we went on a drive to see house and all the wonderful colors of fall. Of course we got a square Ice cream cone :-)

It is time for new family pictures! The last ones we had taken Evelyn was 2 months old and it was not the best experience. So we have decided we are going to do it. We have a nice camera outfits picked out and a location but.... We don't have someone to take the picture. So needless to say we have to wait and find some one to run the camera. Again I say, someday.

18 months

On the 13th Evelyn was 18 months old, WOW! She went to the doctors for her check up she was 32 in long and was 19 lbs 13 oz, needless to say Dr. Edwards gave my a package "How to fatten your baby". Small babies runs in the family so I'm not worried by it at all. The good thing for Evelyn is she gets to eat more Ice cream.

We have been wanting to go boating real bad so we finally got to go. Its was a nice day if you call 65- 70 degree nice. Tyson wanted to water ski so bad but the water was real cold but the water was like glass so he jumped in and had a nice ride. All I can say is burr.

As some of you may that Horizon Air is pulling out of Idaho Falls. When I found this out, I had a ticket that I needed to use so I called and made plans and went to Seattle to see my mom. It was a last min trip but it was needed and I feel much better after the brake of being away from home.

As you all know my Sister Kalli laid to her baby girl Trinity on May 22 2010. Also my grandpa Benkenstein passed away that morning. He is now in heaven to take of Trinity until her parents can be there to raise her. We saying are last good buys ans laying him to rest Friday May 28 2010, in the Shelly cemetery. Thank you for everyone's well wish and prayers they have be felt. I hope after this we can have some good news and better family get together.

Kalli is home! My dad and Kalli did the long drive home and after 2 days they finally made it. I went to see her and she is very well. She looks so much better then last time I saw her. Thank you everyone for your love and support she told me she could tell and feel all the love.

Good News

Well with all the sadness that has been going I have some good news. Kalli had her surgery on her pelvic bone and the very next day she could stand up. She can't put any weight on her right leg cause of the other break but before all that she couldn't even move with out being in pain. The good thing is she is well on her way to recover physically but emotionally they have along way to go. Thank you all of you who have been send well wishes and prayers.

As some of you may know, my sister Kalli was in a car accident on her way to visit my Mom. The driver of the car fell asleep and the car rolled. The doctors did an emergency C-section but the baby did not survive. She has broken ribs, broken shoulder, separated and broken pelvis and is in the hospital in Spokane, WA. She has a long recovery ahead of her.

Lets start with Friday, we all went to Twin Falls to get ready for the crazy weekend. Evelyn wanted to spend time with her mommy so unfortunately I did get to help as much with the wedding but I played with the kids. It was such a nice day we took the kids to the park. After all that we got the kids ready for bed but they had more fun playing on the beds then sleeping.

We had a pretty busy week with my Birthday, going to Twin Falls and Easter, I'm having a hard time staying awake to type this. We had dinner with Tyson parents but we could do that til late Tuesday night, then next day we when to Twin Falls to so the new baby and back home Thursday for work and Easter. We were going to my grandma's for a Easter Egg hunt but the cold, a little snow they canceled it. So we a did a little one on our own and it was just as fun.

Well Evelyn had anther firsty but its not one that you call and tell everyone or take pictures to send. Evelyn got her first bad chest cold. Its was the first time for me taking care of a real sick baby, who had a real bad cough, runny noise, red swollen eyes, and a high fever. The hardest part is you can really do anything but watch and comfort as best as you can. She was a pretty good sport through it all. The one nice thing is daddy got to take a day off "baby sick day" and spent time with his little girl sitting on the couch watching cartoons. She is getting better now but now I'm getting sick, oh joy joy.

I haven't been to good about posting lately sorry to my fans, ;-) lol. We haven't been too crazy at our house just everyday busy. Evelyn who is very well now, started climbing on and into things I found her one day on her shopping cart pulling stuff off the kitchen counters. No one ever told that climbing was after walking. I have had cabin fever so bad that I told Tyson I want to move to Hawaii but just the other day I heard a Robin sing and I knew there was hope of warmer weather. I don't think I'm going to hit my weight goal that I set but I have less then one month maybe it will happen. I have seen and felt a different in myself counts the which counts.

Evelyn Turns One!!!

This last weekend has been a very joyous and a sad one. Its sad cause our little baby girl is one its seem like yesterday that we were at the hospital holding her for the first time. We had a party with family on her birthday. She had her own cake and open lots of gifts, Thank you to everyone who send and gave Evelyn a gift. Evelyn put on her little show by walking around to show everyone how big she is. Today we went to 12 month check up, she is 16 lbs 3 oz and 27 in long. The doctor said she is very petite and seeing Tyson for the time can now see she is going to long and tall. Its been a wonderful year and will enjoy all the years to come.
